Looking for an Executive- Shipping and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shipping and logistics operations, including organizing the transportation of goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery statuses.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping laws, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and warehousing to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock levels, order planning, and reporting.
• Analyze and optimize shipping processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, including tracking, delays, and damaged goods.
• Stay updated on industry trends, shipping technologies, and regulatory changes that impact logistics operations.
