Natural Black Salt Crystals

Natural Black Salt Crystals and Powder (Himalayan Black Salt) is a special type of Indian mineral salt. Unlike its name, the salt is more pinkish-grey in colour. It is produced throughout the year and is also called Black Salt or Kala namak. It has a distinct flavour due to the sulphur content and hence it is not considered as an alternative for ordinary salt, despite its sodium content. It is known to be a healthy form of salt due to its iron and mineral content.
