Organic Cardamom (Yellow) (Elettaria cardamomum) is made by grinding the seeds of the cardamom pods. Cardamom is an exotic spice from India. It has a strong taste and a spicy aromatic fragrance. It is harvested normally from September to December and used widely in the Indian cuisine.
