Organic Nagarmotha (Cyperus Scariosus) is commonly known as “Nut grass”. It has a characteristic fragrance and is generally used in culinary spices, perfumes and to make incense sticks. According to Ayurveda, Nagarmotha helps improve digestion due to its Deepan and Pachan properties, if taken in the recommended dosage. It is a perennial herbaceous riverbed plant native to Madhya Pradesh, India. It can be grown and is available throughout the year.
