Organic Licorice/Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is mostly associated with candy and has been used in food and medicine for 1,000 years. The medical community is starting to be more accepting of the overall holistic benefits of organic licorice. It is thought to have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.
