Organic Green Gram Mogar – W/O Skin


One of the most common ingredients in the Indian kitchen, Organic Green Gram Mogar – without skin (Vigna Radiata) is rich in fibres and low in fats. It also contains a high amount of proteins and antioxidants. It has a mild, earthy taste and is normally harvested from July to October. Also known as Moong Dal Mogar in Hindi and Dhuli, it is quite popular in South Indian cuisine.
