Organic Indian Curry Powder

Organic Indian curry is a very popular dish. An amalgamation of both sweet and savoury spices, the Indian Curry powder is an all-purpose seasoning. It is commonly used to accentuate the flavours in soups, stews, vegetables and meats. It contains a mixture of savoury spices like cumin, coriander, fenugreek, turmeric and bay leaf which give it an earthy flavour. Cinnamon and clove add a tinge of brightness and pep to it.
