Organic Kidney Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) are named such due to their Kidney shape, they are used widely across the globe. They are dark red in colour and a thick skin. It has a strong flavour with a slightly sweet aftertaste, a nutty aroma and a chewy texture. As they are considered both Rabi and Kharif crops, they are grown from mid-May to November.
