Organic Maize Flour

Organic Maize Flour (Zea mays) is made from corn. Maize Flour is used to make various batters in the Indian cuisine and as a thickening agent for curries. Corn is usually considered to be a vegetable but is actually a grain, rich in fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Corn is harvested from September to October. Our organic maize flour has a coarse texture made from the finest quality of certified maize and is stone ground to keep its nutritional value intact.
