Organic Pusa White and Brown Rice

The most common staple food around the world, Organic White and Brown Rice (Oryza sativa) is a grain rich in starch. It is a versatile grain and can be used in all kinds of dishes. It also contains a number of essential vitamins and minerals. Also called as Rice, Paddy and Chaval, it is normally grown from November to February. This has a very high kernel elongation ratio ranging from 2 to 2.5, i.e. uncooked kernel length of the cooked rice kernel / length. The rice does not become sticky when cooked.
