Organic Red chilli Whole (Capsicum annuum) is grown across the world, on every continent. But the amount of heat they have depends on the variety of pepper and the climate they’re grown in. India is the largest producer of red chillies. Indian Red chillies are pungent in flavour that leaves a pleasantly biting heat on the tongue. Dishes containing chili often get hotter as the flavours blend, so spice the recipes in moderation. Fresh red chillies are milder. It is harvested from October to March.
