Organic Red Lentil – Whole (With Skin)

A staple and common food in India, Organic Red Lentil Whole – With Skin (Lens Esculenta) is always in great demand worldwide. It contains a high amount of protein, vitamin B1 and folic acid. It is harvested normally from June to October and is black in colour with a red tinge. It has a distinct aroma and flavour and is also known as Red Lentils in English and Masoor in Hindi.
