Organic Sonamasuri White Rice

Organic Sonamasuri White Rice (Oryza sativa) is a popular variety of Indian rice. It is normally grown from November to February and is a high yielding, evolved from the well-known varieties namely, Sona and Masuri. They are soft and sticky after cooking. It is low in starch content and is fat-free and sodium-free. Also called as Rice, Paddy and Chaval, it has fewer calories as compared to the long grain rice.
