Organic Trikatu Powder

Organic Trikatu (Piper longum Linn) is a Sanskrit word meaning three spices or three peppers. Trikatu Powder is an Ayurvedic blend of equal parts of the fruits of Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Long Pepper (Piper longum) and the rhizomes of Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Trikatu Churna is an herbal formulation used in Ayurveda for enhancing effects and increasing the absorption of ayurvedic medicines. It has a hot potency, which means its intake results in production of heat in the body. Harvesting for its ingredients is mainly done in the month of June to October end.
