Organic White Chick Peas

A member of the legume family, Organic White Chickpeas – Organic Kabuli Chana (Cicer arietinum) is one of the oldest consumed foods of the world. They are normally harvested from June to October and are also known as Bengal Gram, Garbanzo in English and Kabuli Chana, Chole in Hindi. At present, India is the largest producer of chickpeas. Chickpeas have a wide application in taste and aroma enhancing products such as sauces, dips, soups and spreads.
